Four Diet Myths Set Straight

The trick to the diet plan is the 17 day series it takes you through to cheat your body into burning calories quicker. The cycles confuse the body and metabolism by never eating just the same items. This is a diet regime that you can consume while following your plan. Who doesn’t like to eat?

We are either a free, democratic country or we are not. We are either a democracy or we are a theocracy and we need to declare ourselves as such.

It’s a good idea to have some local currency on your person when you arrive. You might need to get a bus, taxi or train to your hotel, and won’t want to have to find a bank to change travellers’ cheques, or be worried about having to use a cash machine in a foreign language in the middle of the night.

Assume about the diseases you experienced when you were a baby, the injuries you had, like a broken arm, when and if you were in the healthcare facility, the selection of small children you have, and whatever else that could possibly aid the medical professional. Make two lists, just one for the physician and a single for you.
